Help with dining

I am having a little bit of difficulty trying to pick restaurants for our upcoming trip in June.
We are taking my parents back to Disney because their first time there was for our wedding in Dec. and they really didn't get too experience to much.
My Dh and I are the type of eaters who will try anything once.
My father on the other hand is quite happy living in his "meat & potatoes" box.
He did try a couple of new things in Dec. and really liked them, but if we hadn't picked it out he would never have tried it!

So here's where I need some help.
We would like to try something new for dinner, but not too different that it will make my Dad screw up his face...he's worse than a 2 yr old sometimes.

They have already eaten at: 'Ohana, 50's, Cape May, 1900 & CP.

We were thinking of : Jiko- cause you can get steak and macaroni, CRT - just for the experience, Liberty Tree, CM, Whispering Canyon
We ourselves have eaten at every one but Jiko's and we have done all the character dinning.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Should we just stick to the basics and do mostly character dinning?
I'm not a picky eater so this is hard. Is there any picky eaters (no offense) that would have any different suggestions?
We really want to give them a new dining experience that they will enjoy.

I would suggest LeCellier or something like Yachtsman Steakhouse, since you have meat and potatoes people. Jiko would probably also work. I think LTT is sooo good, and they should like that as well.

I second Le Cellier. If you want to have him try something new and fun, try Teppan Edo. Fun experience and he can order steak.
