I was looking to make an ADR in MK and booked the Diamond Horseshoe thinking it was something else. When I checked the menu it said it is seasonal (which is why I hadn't heard of it I guess) and from the menu the food choices look very slim. Has anyone eaten here before? I'd like to hear about it before I potentially cancel.

Haven't eaten there, but it is the same menu as LTT because their kitchen is right down the hall. So it'll be the all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving-ish meal.

they opened it last year during free dining -- it is really pretty in there (looks like a very fancy old west saloon/dance hall...complete with a stage that they used to do shows on years ago.) It was just a bit odd because it's very much Old West, but the servers were wearing the costumes from Liberty Tree. I talked to a server there, was told the food was exactly the same as Liberty Tree's dinner, so you're not actually getting "choices" - it's served family style and you can ask for more of any part of the meal.

If it is LTT food, YUMMY, one of our favorites, though we are disappointed no more characters!
They used to have can can dancers in there years ago and you could get snacks and root beer and stuff to drink....I ALWAYS wanted to go there and never did, just popped in a few times over the years, then it changed!
