Help with counter, please

Of course, I didn't save my countdown clock which Stu kindly created, so I have attempted to recreate it myself (bad move!). I'm half way there, but I need a little help in finishing it off, if there is anyone technically minded that can help!!

All you need to do is change some numbers, find the line that is similar to this one and alter the numbers so they are the same as this line
