Planning our first ever Disneyland trip for next sept/ oct and just trying to work our budget and what I need to account for. For 2a and 2c planning on 4 nights la, 7 nights Anaheim/Disneyland, 2 nights lego land 5 night disney cruise from San Diego (booked) and 3 night San Diego. Also maybe a 3 night stopover on the way home depending on how flights work (hoping for Fiji or Auckland or Hawaii).
It's unlikely we will get back after this trip anytime soon if ever so it's a big deal for us and very excited.
Things to budget for
Flights
La accommodation
Anaheim accommodation
Lego land accommodation
San Diego accommodation
Disney 10day tickets
Disney Halloween party tickets
Lego land tickets
Universal studios tickets
Sea world tickets
La tour (maybe private?)
Photo pass at disney
Character meals
Bbb at Disney for dd
Transport
Food
Cruise excursions
Remaining cruise payment
Spending money
Stopover accommodation

Is there anything else I've forgotten?
What other $ should I put away for the cruise? How much extra for tips on the cruise?
We know where we want to stay in Anaheim and la but need accommodation ideas for San Diego too and we won't have a car, do need to be able to easily get to cruise terminal and would like to go to sea world there.
How much spending money (shopping souvenirs Etc) would be reasonable for our family kids aged 5 and 8 then?
Thankyou for your help:)

Looks like you have most of it covered.

One thing I found that worked for me budget wise was to drop everything we wanted to do into a spread sheet and then use Undercover Tourist (use the link from the Mouse savers newsletter for cheaper tickets) and hotels.com or similar to price the tickets and the hotels. This gave me a real figure to work to for entry prices.

I work on an average of $100 per day food for 2 adults for our trip. We'll eat counter or quick service in the parks for lunch (prep breakfast in our hotel if not included) and then a sit down dinner most nights.

We have budgeted $2k for spending on clothes while we are away.

Hope this helps and enjoy your trip!

I'm no expert, having not actually gone on our trip yet, but I was wondering how you were planning on getting around in San Diego without a car? I only ask because we didn't want one either, but seeing as Legoland is half an hour out of San Diego itself, we didn't really see any other option. I'm sure there must be buses, but that didn't sound feasible for the 6 of us and all our luggage, but maybe given there are less of you, you might be all right :)

Other than that, it looks pretty fabulous :)

Forgot to add, we are staying at the Hilton Homewood Suites in Carlsbad, just up the road from Legoland. It looks pretty good for the money, but I'll report back after we've actually stayed there :)
