HELP!!!!!!! I don't know what to do next with booking a trip for March. Should I book on-line with wdw; wdw reservation via phone (can I use the three letter codes?) dreams unlimited, CAA or a travel agent. I feel as though
each time I get on line with WDW, I get a different quote.

Any and all assistance is appreciated!!!

Hi , and :welcome:

First , you've missed the deadline for the Canadian code( it was over Dec. 15th) but if you wait a week or two, CAA usually has their " Disney Month " in January and you can can receive a bonus gift card for booking ( that is what I have seen for the last two years. $50.00 gift card)

If going with Disney,I think the best quote is usually given over the phone...( I prefer talking to someone)

If you book a room only resevation right now, through Disney reservations, they will put a courtesy hold on it for two weeks ( you do not have to put anything down ...)
And then if CAA has a special, or a deal, in January, you can switch to Caa instead.

Good luck , it might be difficult to get the room you want for this March.
Some people book a year in advance!

Oh, and also, if you are getting different quotes on line, always check to see the number of DAYS on your TICKETS Disney has automatically included...and check WHAT KIND of ticket as well ( hoppers/ waterpark option...) and if you have booked a prefered room ...

Disney likes to give a quote for the most expensive add-ons.
Everytime you change something, make sure to check these things....it can really add up. When I book a three night room reservation, Disney adds a 4 day hopper pass with waterpark option, and the quote is always for a prefered room. When I remove these options, it's almost half the price....

And at the end of your quote, Disney will also add insurance that is not required.

Hope that helps out!

I say a Travel agent....only if they are a Disney specialist (someone who has been many times, not who just took an online course!!). A good TA will watch specials for you, book dining and help with many details.

Since you seem relatively new to the process and there is LOTS to know, I'd recommend finding a good Disney specialist travel agent.

They can help guide you through so many of the details and basics you'll need to know.

After a few trips with the guidance of an agent, you'll probably find that you'r ready to try booking directly yourself.

That's my advice anyway. That and a buck seventy eight will get you a coffee at Tim's.

:)
