can anyone comment on RainForest Cafe or Hollywood and Vine??? First timers travelling with DD's 6,3... any suggestions?

Are you looking for breakfast or lunch at H&V for characters? My DB took his 3 yo there for lunch in September. She loved seeing JoJo and friends. If you are going for dinner and no characters, i would pass.

We have a RFC at our local mall, so for us RFC is not a Disney choice. The local food is fair at best, but the place is very cool. Although, until recently, my 8 yo niece was afraid to be close to the 'animals', she was afraid of them. Not afraid of Mickey or any of his friends, but the gorilla and elephants, not happening!
