Help With A QS Dining Plan Question

I am planning a 2 night solo trip this fall. I booked my trip online and decided to call a week later to ask about adding QS dining plan, after 2 calls and 3 different prices (All for the same plan) I booked it because the agent at Disney customer service told me that since I have a 3 day park hopper pass that my dining would be for three days. I told her I thought it went by how many nights you spend and she said Disney sees that you are staying 3 days so they will give you meals for 3 days, not 2. And EVERYWHERE I look says it goes by how many nights. 2 Night Stay = 4 QS Meals, 4 Snacks, 1 Refill Mug. But the agent told me 6 QS, 6 Snacks, 1 Refill Mug. Does anyone know if this is true??? Could I have really received wrong info from Disney customer service?

I do not know the answer to your dining plan question because I never use it, but the answer to the above quoted question is YES.

Phone CMs often give out incorrect information. I would ask this question on the TPAS or Dining boards where there will be more people to offer more detailed answers.
 
Dining plans are based on the number of NIGHTS you are staying so your calculations are correct. There is no correlation between length of ticket and length of dining plan. Someone could have a ten day ticket, but only stay onsite for 2 nights and offsite for 8. They would only be eligible for the dining plan for two nights.

Sadly, phone call center castmembers often give wrong information.
