Help with a day in MK with a 4- and 6-year old

I am trying to plan one of our days in MK around the last-minute ADRs that we got and the FP+ for A&E at 11:45. We have an 8:05 ADR at CP, and it's also a day when we would like to see the MSEP (and Wishes; we have a dessert party booked for a different date, so this wouldn't be the only day for Wishes).

We are staying at WL, and have two kids, ages almost 4 and almost 6; this is our first time at Disney, and I expect that we will all be tired and excited. No stroller. Wednesday is planned as our lazy/waterpark day.

I first got an ADR for BOG for 7:25pm (which was a bit late but allowed plenty of time for a nap in the afternoon), and just got lucky to get an ADR for 5pm (which is a much better dinner time for us, but I am unsure if it's enough time to return to our room). Trying to plan the remainder of FP+ (in the evening/afternoon) around ADR and A&E FP+.

Questions:

(1) How long does it take to get from Fantasyland to a room in WL? What about the return time? (Including walking, waiting for a boat/bus, etc).

(2) Which would you do with our age kids?

  • Keep the 7:25pm ADR at BOG. Have a snack prior to meeting A&E, return to WL, have a late lunch, nap, return to MK for the 7:25pm ADR. See Wishes from the Carousel, move to Liberty Square/Frontierland to see the 11pm MSEP.
  • Keep the 5pm ADR. Rush to WL for a nap after meeting A&E, do a snack-style quick lunch. Return to the park for the 5pm ADR (is it even possible time-wise?). Try to get FP+ for the MSEP & stay there through Wishes. (Concern: not enough time for a nap, so feeling rushed rather than rested.)
  • Keep the 5pm ADR, stay in MK from 8:05 CP breakfast through to the Wishes; see the FOF parade during the day, visit the Tom Sawyer ilsland, etc. Try to get FP+ for MSEP and stay there through Wishes. (Concern: cranky and tired kids by the time we get to BOG, let alone during MSEP.)

Thank you!!!

I'd go with option A (but that is a more normal dinner time for me)

I think the rest is more important than eating. You can eat more snacks to keep up blood sugar and satisfy hunger, but sleep is necessary after a point.

I've only done non-rest days at MK on July 3rd (so I don't get "locked out"). And its 50/50 if my 5yo was able to stay awake for the fireworks.

Thank you! We are leaning towards (A) (especially after we spent less than a full day at a zoo yesterday and saw how wiped our younger one was ... ).
