Help with a couple dining choices

hi, I am nailing down some details so I am ready for ADRs (way early lol).
Below is our current list. We are hoping for free dining (FX!) and then upgrading to the Deluxe plan.
I am looking for some awesome snacks, especially in AK.
Also, we have 2 meals left to figure out. Problem is, due to our (tentative) schedule, I need to keep it to MK or HS park or at our resort - and it'll be pretty late at night after fireworks/shows. Thinking QS, but open to TS.

If you dont mind the 2 TS then i would suggest California Grill for your MK/Wishes late dinner option. Get the ADR for around 60-75 minutes before the fireworks time and you should be finished your entree just in time for the show. Eaten here 4 times now and it has been excellent every time.

For your MK lunch - we have did QS several times at Columbia Harbor House and enjoy it - a few different options from the usual QS fare. (Although quite fishy options so hope you like fish/seafood)

We normally stay at Wilderness Lodge and eat at Whispering Canyon once per trip. It's good fun if you have kids and/or a good sized groups. Food is decent but make sure you are aware of the "atmosphere "
