Help! Windsor Hills or Bonnet Creek?

Oh, I'm having a terrible time deciding what to do! We have a really great quote for under $700 for a 3 bedroom condo at Windsor Hills and a quote from VS for $750 for a 2 bedroom at Bonnet Creek.
We are a family of 7 (sometimes 1 doesn't come, but it will probably be all of us) We are an onsite family, but this year we are getting AP's and trying some offsite options. In June we are going to stay at Buena Vista suites and in November we are going to try something else.
I like the idea of Bonnet Creek being (almost) on property, but is it worth $100 more than Windsor Hills which is very close?

Honestly, with the shortcut through Sherberth Road, I think Windsor Hills is almost as close as Bonnet Creek is. As much as we LOVED Bonnet Creek, I'd go for the extra bedroom at Windsor Hills, but my kids are older and like to spread out more.

I haven't stayed at Windsor Hills, although it looks nice. We LOVE Bonnet Creek and will be there in 4 days!

I'm leaning towards the Windsor Hills because I think my 12 year old would like to have his own room. I'll have to find out about this shortcut you mentioned. Does it get you to the parks faster?

WH is great,only 7-12 minutes to all the parks(closest to furthest AK, HS, MK, EP) and a lot less traffic lights then driving from WBC to the parks.

Just so ya know: Going to Disney from Windsor Hills, you'd exit WH at the main gate, make a left onto Old Lake Wilson Rd., then left on Morgan Williams Rd (it may not be marked, but its a left where Old Lake Wilson curves to right), then first left onto Funie Steed Rd., then first right onto Entry Point Blvd., which becomes Sherberth Rd after you cross US 192. (if you're looking at a map, you might think Morgan Williams would be a good place to come out on US-192, but there's no light there). Follow Sherberth to the first light, then make a right. At that point, you're in the Disney road system, so follow the purple signs. This all may sound a little complicated, but its really pretty simple and intuitive.

Coming back from anywhere at Disney: follow signs for Animal Kingdom, then as you get close to Animal Kingdom stay left and follow signs for Animal Kingdom Lodge. When you get to the traffic light before the Lodge (first light after you pass AK), make a left. That'll be Sherberth Rd. Cross 192, then first left onto Funie Steed, then right on Morgan Williams and then you're back on Old Lake Wilson, which takes you right to Windsor Hills.

We are trying Bonnet Creek for the first time in August and are really looking forward to it. That being said, I am the oldest of 6 kids and growing up space was always a really big factor for vacations. The more room people have to spread out and not be on top of one another, the more relaxed everyone is. I think I would vote for Windsor Hills for your family

we stayed in a 3 bedroom TH in WH in May 2011. It took us I think 8-10 minutes to get to MK, and I want to say HS was closer. I really liked having all that space and privacy. We never heard our neighbors or cars driving around. It was a very tranquil, relaxing property. This trip we're trying out WBC. I get the assumption it's going to be nosier and more active (if that makes any sense)! But, since DH will be in a conference for 5 days of our trip I wanted a resort type place that the kids would have plenty to do.

Why not shop around for a quote on a 3 bedroom WBC room? That's what we stayed at for 5 people on my last trip. (Me and DH in master bedroom, MIL in the queen room, and my mom and sister in the double beds room).

We LOVED it. We just had a Deluxe room (not presidential) and we thought everything in it was very high end. We were in Tower 6....it was just a beautiful room.

I'm considering staying at Windsor Hills in the future, but the living area looks a bit more cramped in the photos I've seen of the townhouses (2-3 bedroom) and it has more of a "home" feel instead of the "hotel" feel. I prefer the "hotel" feel that WBC has. That said, I won't rule out a WH stay in the future if we need to save even more money or if I think my kids would really like their own splash pool.
