HELP! Who makes Mickey Crispy Treats?

I know that I have read somewhere that the Mickey Mouse Rice Krispy bars are made by an outside vendor. This person also ships her goods all across the country.

Does anyone know/remember the name of this vendor? I thought I had her in my bookmarks, but I can't find it anywhere.

I didnt know that they were made by an outside vendor! When ever I was at the Confectionary shop in the MK I always saw them make their own. How long have they been working with this outside vendor? Is it all the mickey treats or just the pre wrapped ones?
