Help! Where the heck do I pay my account balance in MDE online or app?

I can’t for the life of me figure out where go pay off our balance that is due today! Chat feature isn’t available and I’m trying to avoid being on the phone for hours that should be simple to do online. Thanks.

I can't recall ever being able to pay off a resort balance online. I've always had to call in if I wanted to do that.

If you mean paying off a package, I am able to find a link for my package reservation on the computer but not in the app. In MDE, go to My Plans. Find your resort and click on the link.

I had to go to the website on the pc, my phone did not show it.

Got through on chat and they were able to assist. It showed up on my PC, though site was glitchy and took a few tries. All paid and within our 30 day countdown! Yay!
