Help! We want to see fireworks in early June

We are going to US/IOA/SW/AQ/WNW June 12-23. From all I can tell the Universal parks aren't going to have any night displays until after we leave. It does look like Seaworld will be doing theirs though. Anyone have any more information on nighttime shows/fireworks? Thanks.
