I see Pop is going thru a refurb right now....

Which value has had the most recent refurb (completed)?

From what I have read, a lot of the pop buildings are finished. You could request a refurbished room.

Seems like the All Stars are quite "long in the tooth" as they say. Though I don't know when any of them were refurbed compared to another.
After Pop, I guess the newest would be AoA

I was at Pop in December and heard no noise or saw any renovations being done if that helps. I would definitely choose Pop out of all of the values.

AoA is the newest value resort.
