HELP us decide!

Here is what I have had planned but now thinking of changing. We arrive at the Poly on Sunday Feb.22 in the am. After check in we thought we'd hit Epcot first. Stay for dinner and Illuminations. Monday I had planned MK because of ressie at Cinderella's Castle for breakfast at 9:50am. Now, I have read that Monday is very crowded at MK. So, if it is crowded should we leave after breakfast and go to AK and do MK another day? I also had planned MGM on Tues. but we want to see Spectro at MK and it is only on Tues. So you see my dilemma. We have 4 days to do 4 parks. Any suggestions?

That's the beauty of the hopper passes. If it starts to get crowded at MK on Mon then hop over to AK or somehwere else. Start at MGM on Tues and breeze over to MK later. I'd probably use Monday and Tues as my MK/AK days. And do MGM another day.
