Help Us Decide - July 4th Dinner

We've tried getting our party of 5 into Le Cellier for dinner July 4th, but no dice - all booked up. We need to eat at Epcot as that's where we'll be watching the fireworks. We're tossing around eating at Alfredo's in Italy (eaten there before), the Rose and Crown in England (eaten there before), Le Chefs de France (eaten there before) or the Cantina in Mexico (never eaten there). We can't decide so were hoping for a vote from everybody (especially those that have tried most of these places).

I voted for Rose & Crown because we liked it when we ate there last trip. Le Cellier is one of our favorites, too bad you can't get and ADR there. I have never eaten in Mexico, too many bad reviews. Alfredo's is alright IMO. As far as France, DH won't eat here but I would love to try it once. Good luck!
