What dates would you suggest going after thanksgiving. Friday - Tuesday or we were originally thinking of doing Friday the 26th, then M-TH (staying with family the 25th and then somewhere close for M-Th). So confused. Do you think Sat and Sun will be super crowded? Last summer when we went it was so crowded and we didn't get to do everything we wanted). DH wants to stay onsite, but if we do, I want to do our dates so we can take full advantage of using MM'ings. It's DH, me and DD3. (but the 26th has about 4 others coming). We return home on the 4th. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. I'm so confushed,,,, :confused3

If there is one weekend to avoid the one after Thank giving is it. Weekends make a much bigger difference when school is in sessions not to mention when clumped together with a holiday.

That has always been the rule, and I always followed it. Apparently last year things changed.

I don't agree with Matt (skiing fast) on this one. :) We went last year for Tgiving, we drove to Anaheim on Wednesday and we were in the parks Tgiving-Monday, the crowds were low! We had a great time!! We had higher crowds when we went mid-week in December and over the weekend in October then we did over Tgiving. :) Of course crowds were higher on Sat-Sun but not they were still not bad at all.

I think one of the things that will happen this year is, the bulk of the visitors during the busy days last year, were the APs and will think of this as a time to avoid this year.
