Help! Transport questions...

Argh! We are travelling with a tour group (dance school) to LA in 4 weeks, and today they changed the itinerary on me. So now all my transport plans don't work. Please help me work out my options...

1. I arrive at LAX at 8:00pm, and need to get to Anaheim (Sheraton Park?). The rest of my family will have arrived the day before with the tour group, so their transportation is sorted. I can't use Disneyland Express at that time of night right? (It's Easter, do they ever run later than 8:00?) What's my best option to get there? I won't drive in LA, so no car rental, and I'd prefer not Uber.

2. We need to get from North Hollywood to LAX quite early on a Friday morning (domestic flight leaving at 8:45am). The original itinerary had us leaving from Anaheim, so I'd worked out flight times based on the Disneyland Express. Now I have no idea how long it will take, or how we will get to LAX. We will need car seats for our 3yo. Does our 7yo need a car seat in LA? We won't have our own - Australian car seats don't work in America.

I know the second question isn't Disneyland related, but hoping someone from LA can help.

not sure if you can buy them in Oz. but there is a portable booster seat that you can buy called The Bubblebutt. http://www.bubblebum.co/au/booster-seat/store-locator/
its inflatable and so easy to travel with.... not sure if you can use it with the younger one.. but the older one would be ok..
