Help!! Too many restaurant choices!

After reading all the posts about good places to eat, I don't know how we are going to choose. We will be staying at DLH and I am definitely planning a breakfast at Goofy's and a dinner at Hook's Pointe, plus a lunch at Blue Bayou. I am also considering Riverbelle Terrace, Ariel's Grotto, and that-mexican-place-that-everybody-talks-about-but-nobody-can-remember-the-name.

We (4 adults, 1 teen) will be there for 3 days.
What else is a not-to-miss? Any good ideas for a quick and inexpensive breakfast?

Those are all good places! I am pretty sure the Riverbelle Terrace serves breakfast. I know we ate breakfast there a couple of times last summer. They had pancakes, eggs/bacon, cinnamon rolls and we could sit outside and admire the river. It was cheaper than a character breakfast and much quicker. I want to say that for two adults and two kids it was around $20 or $25 and too much food to finish. We usually get muffins and cookies at Main Street Bakery. The shops on Main Street open half an hour before the park does so you can eat at that one and be done before rope drop if you get in early enough. Another option is to stop in there the night before and take something back to your hotel room for the next morning. The Mexican place is Rancho del Zocalo and is in Frontierland. It is our favorite counter service place in Disneyland. In California Adventure we like Taste Pilots Grill, it has the best burgers in either park IMHO.

I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast at the quick service place at GC (I can't remember the name -- I keep getting it confused with the one in WL at WDW!). Anyhow, I ordered this breakfast that consisted of a biscuit, egg, cheese, and bacon, but it was put together so you could eat it like a sandwich, and it came with a couple of strawberries on the side. It was only about $5 or $6, and delicious! Another option is La Brea Bakery -- lots of pastries, and they also have lox and bagels (what I had).

Ariel's Grotto was pretty expensive, in my opinion, but you did get a large amount of food. Do be aware that it's a character meal. I thought that the food was good, but not exciting.

White Water Snacks, is in the Grand Californian (near the pool).....it's where I'd always go for an emergency Mickey Bar
I love having breakfast at Carnation Cafe on Main Street (not exactly quick and easy, but cheaper than a character breakfast). LOVE their pecan crumble pancakes....PS highly recommended
