I would recommend you find a GYN. I have some benign polyps that cause me to have some really severe cramps and nausea. I can't take Aleve because I take another NSAID and they can't be taken together. I find that Pamprin or Midol really help, more than anything.

Go to a doctor.

It could be endometriosis or you could have a cyst.

I've had issues for years and finally just had surgery. I had both endometrisis and a cyst that needed to be removed.

Go to the doctor and they will put you on a low dose birth control pill......All will be well.
You should be seeing a gyn on a yearly basus anyway just to stay well. Please start that and make sure you get there yearly to stay a healthy young woman.
