Hi experts.

I had enough of DisneyWorld and my last two trips went to SeaWorld and Bush,, and now for February 1 to 15 will be in Orlando.

Stay offsite rented apartment.

Im planning to buy the power pass and spend 6 days in Universal with my family.

How are the crowds in Universal for this Days??
Are 6 days to long or to short for Universal??

Any Tip you can give me will be very apreciated.

Two daughters 7 and 3 and a 65 year old granpa in the group.

Thanks for the tips guys.

For Universal, it really depends on how you travel. If you like to tour the parks quickly and only ride a ride once or twice, I would say 2-3 days is enough. Going slowly and re riding like 3 or more times on each ride, my family could probably do 4 or so just at the parks. There is also on site resort pools, which you could just spend a day at your hotel touring there. There is a mini golf course and a movie theatre and shopping and dining at CityWalk! Hope I could help. Good luck and have fun!

if you are not familiar with the darkside, go to

www.universalorlando.com and pull up the park maps.

get info on height requirements on the rides for the kids.

read up on child swap, it is a good thing to use.

check the park guide maps when you enter the parks for show times and meet and greets.

by checking out the maps of the parks, you will get a layout of where the rides/shows are located.
you can also note where the restrooms are in the parks.

get info on eateries menus also.

i am there for 11 days and go solo.
i have always found things to do while in the parks.

figure out how you spend the day and if it will be partial days in the parks.
younger kids can find fieval play area very entertaining and stay for a lengthy period there.

the mini shows at the studios are great for kids!
the despicable me show draws lots of kids to join in with the characters.
this mini show is near Mels/Horror Make Up show area.
