Help! Time to call ADRs...is this right?

OK. I'm in Az., mountain time zone . I have to call on July 4th for my 90 day mark ADRs. I think I heard 7am is the time (Fl) to call- So am I looking at 4am my time? Yipes. I think that we will be 3 hours behind in July. Does this sound right?
I'm sure I'm not the first DISer on the phone for something Disney at 4am...

Yep. Your not the only one. I will be doing the same thing at the end of May. 4 am is correct. When I told the people at my work they thought I was crazy.
They just don't get it.

I have to say, I have been calling on lunch hour and after work ,and the wait time is much better. The longest I have waited is 15 minutes.

Yep you're right.

I called yesterday about mine, and the wait time was around 1 or 2 minutes. I called RIGHT AT 7 EST.

It looks like I'll plan on 4am on 7/4 then, thanks everyone. On our last trip in 2006, I didn't call first thing in the morning, and got all my ADRs. But I think I'll try first thing this trip. I think more people know to get ADRs now, and it could be harder to get what we want...
