Help! Tickets purchased online, had to assign a ticket and it wasn't used

I'm not sure what do with the tickets I purchased online. I was in Orlando during Hurricane Matthew, and the days we were planning for Universal were the days that Hurricane Matthew blew in. So we didn't get to go. I know I will for sure use mine again, however, I was down there with a friend who I know won't be going back. I am planning a trip in May with my daughter, is there someway to re-assign the ticket to her? When I purchased the ticket online I had to assign the ticket to my friend's name.

Another question I have no experience with. However, when you use the tickets you will do a finger print scan which will then assign the ticket to that person. I think you will be fine.

I don't think it makes any difference until it is used.
