I thought I'd seek some help here since this is where all of the talented Disney Designers hang out. :thumbsup2

I'm looking to make some custom t-shirts for a group of four of five friends. I have an idea of the design I would like but don't think I want to do iron-on transfers since they've never held up for me. The shirts will be gifts for my friends so I'd like them to last and am willing to pay for the quality. ;)

A - I need help getting my idea into a design. (see below)

B - What other options do I have for getting the design made into shirts? Are there companies out there that will do it for me (and the designs will last longer than do-it-yourself shirts)? Any recommendations? I'm open to screen print, embroidery, applique, or anything else you suggest...

My design idea is "Disney Spectrum Moms" with the "O" in Moms as a Mickey Head. Anybody out there want to take a wack at it?

Just bumping this up & updating my request...

I am now thinking iron on designs will be the best option as our group has grown to 7 and it is just too costly otherwise.

I'd still love help creating something cute that says, "Spectrum Moms take on the World" with a Mickey Head as the O in mom.

I'm open to other creative suggestions like adding puzzle pieces or other autism or Disney art.

Thanks!!

No design help here but I've got some advice on the type of iron on to use. A_M_Y_M_I_C-K-E-Y's are THE BEST. Period. I dont know what she does in her magical lab :wizard: to create these, but they are truly the best. I did shirts 2 years ago for our trip with them and they still look great. Wash after wash and wear after wear. One of my daughters has actually outgrown one of the shirts and trimmed out the transfer and actually made a bed pillow out of it.

I hope this helps!!
