Help! Sports booster question.

At our booster meeting tonight I was asked to find out some prices for spirit packs for the cross country team and parents (sweats, t-shorts, jackets, etc.). I said "Sure," because how hard could that be.Fool.

There are dozens of online companies and no apparent way to find out which companies are reputable and a good value.

What companies have you used (and liked) for your your team spirit wear?

I would check with your school to see if they have a contract with a company or not. Chances are there is a local company that does most of this for the school or for other booster clubs. It will be significantly easier to use someone local if that is an option.

I sit on the board of several of my kid's teams and was also the team Mom for the high school swim team (I obviously have a hard time with the word NO) and there are 3 local companies that pretty much every team, from school to club to rec, all use.

The difference between Golfgal's area and ours is that the school would be clueless as each team did their own thing.

So, in our area, it would also be a good idea to ask some of the other team's parents and see if there is a local company that does this.
