Help! Problem linking accounts on MDE

My friends and I are trying to link our accounts on MDE for our upcoming trip in January for marathon weekend. It is just sending us on a wild goose chase! I am the one who made the hotel reservations and I already had an existing account. My friends recently created accounts but despite following the directions listed on the website it just wont work - it just says invitation pending even though they have already accepted. Do I need to call someone?
 
That happened to me several times - or sometimes just the request not going through.

Sometimes, just deleting the person from your Friends & Family and readding them will work.

Otherwise, you'd have to call Disney's technical help. I'm not sure what the number is, but if you look up Disney online assistance or Disney tech help, it should get you some place to find the right number. Or you can call the regular line and they should be able to direct you as well.
 
You should call disney tech support... dont have the number handy right now but they helped us when this issue happened
