Help! Printing small sizes

Can anyone help me? I bought a set of coasters and you can insert a 2x4 inch picture into. I cannot figure out how to get pictures this size. I have tried on-line services and they do not offer them that size. When I call around they say they will have to charge me the amount of a passport picture which is like $8. Is there anyway to get these pictures off of my computer in this size? Thanks!

You should be able to get them on a 4x6 inch print(with 2inch border).

What software do you use?

I have Paint Shop Pro. So I could do that and then save to a cd, bring it in and print it out as a 4x6? I don't know why I didn't think of that! Thank you!
