Help..press pot coffee questions

OK I love coffee, but I am the first to admit that I really don't know much about it and anything that involves anything more than grinding beans and putting them in my mr. coffee is way over my head.

We are having breakfast at Kona Cafe and I have heard so many wonderful things about the press pot coffee. How does it work? Do we need to do anything or does it come to the table ready to pour and or drink?

In other words.. educate me.

They bring it to the table in the pot & your server will press it for you. It will need to steep after pressing for a few minutes. Your server will recomment how long to wait before pouring or will come back to pour for you.

We are now the proud owners of our own coffee press and a healthy supply of Kona coffee! I'm not a big coffee drinker - I usually require Bailey's in mine, but after trying this stuff I'm a convert (and dh is an addict!)

Good question! Also do they provide creamer? I am sure they have sugar/sweetener packets.

I love coffee, but it has to be sweet and creamy.. just like me.

You can control the strength of the coffee. Once you have pushed the press it stops brewing; the more you let it brew the stronger it will get.

They will provide anything from skim milk through light cream at your request. (And what they provide is fresh in a pitcher and not a sealed packet and definitely not a powder.)
