Hi

Welcome to the world of single parents :mad: I know you are not his parent, but this is how it works. You are over 21 and you CAN take your brother. You do not need another adult with you but US immigration recommends you get a letter signed by (in this case) your parents giving you 'permission' to take him abroad.

UK tour operators base all bookings on two adults sharing. I have an 8 year old and we do everything together. She and I ARE our family. However my packages all came in charging her full price - which up until now, I have paid. But I won't pay again.

If you book your flights separately from the holiday (i.e. not a flight inclusive package) you will pay a slightly lower price for your brother's ticket. If you book your accommodation through the UK you will pay for 2 adults occupying the room (they add to the child price by charging you an underoccupancy supplement - which effectively puts the rate back to 2x adults).

I have priced up on Disney US and it is MUCH cheaper for me to book directly with them as they charge per ROOM not per person, as long as you don't have more than 2 adults in the room. Have a look at it and let me know if you need any help with anything. It can feel like a bit of a mine field with all the options and rules but there are some very knowledgable people on these boards and you will get lots of information on literally hundreds of aspects of planning your trip.

I just want to say that I think what you are doing by giving your little brother some special time with you on such a wonderful holiday is really touching. :goodvibes
