Help Please!!

We have an existing reservation through AAA (for rack rate with dining special). I need to add a room to the reservation and change the occupants of our current room. Can I go directly through Disney or do I need AAA to make the change? Since tomorrow is the last day of the special, I need to get it done, but tomorrow is Sunday and I am not sure AAA will be open to help me.
I have never had to do anything like this before and was hoping for some advice!

I have read here that if your original reservation is thru a travel agent, any changes need to be thru that agent. disney will not change something you didn't set up with them in the first place.
