I hope it is okay to ask this here.

I was wondering if any DVC member could help me.

I am a NON - DVC but am staying at SSR.
I have heard Mousekeeping does not come as often for DVC members. But what about NON members? How often will they clean our 2 BR suite?

on whether you rented points from a DVC member or if you paid cash through CRO for the room. If you paid cash through Disney for the unit, you should get Mousekeeping each day. If you rented through a DVC member you would be treated like the rest of the members and that would be Trash and Towel on the fourth day and I believe a full cleaning on the 7th day.

I made you reservations through the disney web site. So you are saying it will be like staying at any other hoter On site?

Because you paid for these rooms like any other rooms at a resort, you should get daily mousekeeping. Enjoy SSR we love our home resort!
