OK I am going to show how dumb that I am but what is a DH, CM and the rest of the commonly used abreviations?

DH = dear husband (or Disney husband, or darned husband)

CM = Cast Member (Disney-speak for employee)

Just so you know you're not alone....

I joined a parenting messageboard about 5 years ago - when I was expecting my daughter (DD). I kept seeing women talking about their DH's and was wondering how/why so many of them knew Designated Hitters (or DH in baseball speak)!!! I still see it as designated hitter instead of dear husband!!

I know alot of the abbreviations, but Disney speak is a whole new language I need to learn!!

I think it takes a while for us all to figure it out. But it starts to come easier with time. I have got in such a habit of it I have to remind myself to not do it when I am writing papers, forms for all the different things I am envolved in or in charge of.
Give it time...it'll come!

This one stumped me for awhile before I finally asked what it meant:

I don't believe that one is on the abreviation list, at least it wasn't when I went to look it up the last time.
