Its Lucy's 7th birthday in 2 weeks and we decided that it would be nice to do her party at home as we have tired out all the jungle gyms, bowling etc. Its a Hannah Montana themed party, we even got her the dressing up outfit from WDW which she doesn't know about yet. We got all the party things from wal-mart and brought them back with us.

I need some help with party games, its all girls aged 7-8 and they will be here for 2 hours. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thank you x:)

When I used to do kids parties the most popular ones among girls that age were:

Pass the Parcel- Only with a little piece of jewellery as the main prize.

Disco Dancing Competition- Self explanitory! Award 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes.

Musical Statues- A classic, could be done with Hannah Montana music.

Another game you could do is a 'name that song' game- A bit like a music quiz with songs from Hannah Montana, and by their fave bands. This sort of game went down surprisingly well!

one that goes down well on our house is ,knife & fork chocolate game.

You play the music and when it stops ther person holding the wrapped choccie bar has to quickly dress in hat scarf & gloves and use a knife and fork to try to open/eat the wrapped choci bar. when the music starts again this person has to stop and remove items, so when music stops again someone else can have a turn .

it is best to use a slab type bar of chocolate, take off the plasticy wrapped and rewrapp with paper. the idea is that you cut of chunks of chocolate and eat it. It is quite hard to do! also best to use blunt knife.

Thanks, so far i have decided to do Pass the parcel, (all kids love this, and i'll fill it with girlie things).
Spin the bottle using nail varnish, lipstick, glitter hairspray, eyeshadow they take it in turns to spin the bottle and what ever it lands on the then have to out on that item of make up ( supervised of course)!
I'm going to get a pinata, and DH is going to do a few magic tricks which he purchased from the Magic shops in DTD and Universal. Well he actually spent a small fortune betweens these 2 shops:idea:

I never knew it would be so hard to fill 2 hours:)
