Help Please Poly Concierge contact?

We are staying at the Poly Concierge in August want to email some PS requests. I have tried wdw.polynesian.island.planning.office@disney.com
and have been unsuccessful in getting through my home internet server and my husbands buisness server all return email as undeliverable any suggestions. Do I have it wrong? Thanks for any help beforehand

That is the same e-mail address I have been using to contact concierge through my home internet. You may want to call them directly. The number I have is 407-824-2466.

From what I read on another board, there e-mail site is not working. You can call them, altough I've never been able to get through - you have to leave a msg and they call you back within 24 hours.

I received two e-mails from them today and I've sent stuff within the last couple of hours that hasn't been returned, so I am pretty sure their e-mail is working.

I've never tried to contact them by phone, so I can't really help with that.

I would keep trying, as they have been very responsive so far.

It took them about 5 days to get back to me when I called them. I ended up emailing them also. The BC IPO called back within 24hrs. They were always very prompt. I know that the CM I talked to said that she had been off for a couple of days.

Poly IPO had a problem with their e-mail address over the weekend according to Melissa, but all is fixed & fine now! I did e-mail them this AM and it went through, after 3 days of having everything bounce back.
