Help please on Vacation Package--CSR, tickets, dining

We booked a package with Disney that includes 5 nights at CSR, 6 day hopper + water parks and Disney Dining. We booked a package because we wanted the dining and because we thought it would be less expensive (but after doing the math, I think I'm paying about $80 more than if I did it separately, but then I couldn't do dining, correct?). My question is: We are actually arriving 2 nights before and staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel that we are getting free from a hotel rewards program. I would really like to go to Disney those 1st 2 days (or the water parks). Then the day we don't have anything planned after we check-in to CSR we could spend it at the pool and just relax. I don't want to have nothing to do at the hotel we stay at before (the pool isn't that great). Is there a way for me to get the tickets beforehand?

I don't think so since your tickets are currently tied into your package, which doesn't start until after you would need them. I do know the tickets are good for 14 days after 1st use, so if you were to extend your stay at the end instead of prior then it wouldn't be a problem.
