Help planning for a 3 and 6 yr old boy

We always travel to disney with our teenage boys, but a friend recently asked for help with their trip and younger boys (3 and 6). Our first trip to WDW with our family, our kids were 4 and 6, put that was so long ago! Help me out-what are the not-to-be-missed attractions for this age group? I usually try to clue people in to the unadvertised things, like being first in line at Blizzard Beach to open the park, etc.

Do not have the 6yo go on space mountain as his second ride of the vacation...and then not want to go on anything else the whole trip....
