Help Planning a Magical Surprise

I was looking for your suggestions for what to do to add some extra pixie dust to a trip. A group of close family friends will be visiting wdw for Xmas and new years this year. They will be going for an 11 day trip and staying at yacht club, boardwalk and AKL a few days each.
On our last trip they surprised us with an in room celebration for Halloween, the whole room was decorated with loads of swag waiting when we returned from our park day, a truly magical surprise. I wanted to send them a similar celebration but Disney floral and gift isn't currently offering them. Any suggestions for something to send them or a tour I could book for them? I'd like it to be a surprise, so preferable something that doesn't require thier prior knowledge. Thanks for your help!

If you can find out where they have ADR's you can choose a restaurant and call them directly and speak with the manager. My folks wanted to give our son and DIL a special Christmas gift, so I called and made arrangements for the check to come out with a special message on it - paid in full of course including tip.

After dinner, they opened up the folio to find a hand written note to them on AKL stationary (it was Boma) with a personal note and Christmas wishes. It turned out to be a great surprise!

Oh this a great idea! I had no idea this was doable. How does the restaurant take your payment without knowing what they'll order? Can they keep your card on file?
