Hi - my name is Penny and I am an off/on again poster on the disboard. I have volunteered to help out in the Kid's pin trading room at the Allentown Dis Meet in July.
I am trying to come up with some fun games to keep the kids happy while their parents are off attending seminars. Whatever I come up with has to be somewhat small as I will have my mom, her wheelchair, 2 kids and luggage in the car. So far I have thought of a bean bag throw, using a disney beanie baby and a cardboard box lid decorated with characters. The kids will win a pin if they get the beanie into the hole. (I am buying 20 pins and have 20 donated so far). I will set up 2 or 3 trading stations with pins on the back of a box lid with a pillow slip over top. the kids will be able to sit at the table and trade two pins each time they come up. I am also looking for other games at which they they can win pins. I want them to be easy enough that everyone wins a pin.
A friend came up with another idea that I am sure has already been thought of, but I don't know how to do it. I am hoping that someone would be kind enough to either give me advice or point me in the right direction.
I am looking for bingo cards (we are going to call it DINGO for Disney Bingo), that have the different Disney characters in the spots instead of numbers. I have lots of Disney characters thanks creative disigns, but I don't know how to randomly generate them on Bingo cards. I saw one make your own Bingo card site, but you have to use their pictures.
Any ideas that anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Penny aka Chaos Cent
