Help picking our ADR Dinners

In november my husband and I are taking our two dd's and their significant others to WDW for 1 week. We have never taken others, rather then just the 4 of us or grandma. Want to do together things as much as possible but also have each other's own time/fun when needed. We are not sure if we should plan 3 or 4 group dinners all together, also my daughter wants to do the Illuminations Dessert Party which would be a 5th. The dilemma is which one do we eliminate. We are also CL for the first time at AKL, so will hopefully be eating some in there. We are also there for tail end of F & W so need to fit that in, lol!

Thoughts on these.

BOG for Dinner (3 of us have never been)
Ohana (a favorite, two guys have never been)
Boma or Sanaa
Minnies Holiday Buffet Dinner at Hollywood and Vine.

Drop the Minnie's Holiday Dine. Of your list, it is by far the worst food.

I agree. I would get rid of Minnie's Holiday Buffet. Hollywood & Vine was one of the worst dining experiences we have had at Disney. I've never been to Boma or Sanaa. We really like O'hana and BOG.

I think Ohana dinner is a love/hate thing, but because it's a favorite, that's no drop. BOG is another I think is love/hate, but for an adult group I think the food is better than H&V. Boma/Sanaa is awesomesauce.

I hear various reviews on H&V. We are going to try to get a reservation there as we are going in December with my grandmunchkins. I would think 50's Prime time, for the food, or Mama Melrose with the fantastmic package, might be more fun for your group.

I understand H&V can be a bit chaotic.

I would drop the Minnie's Holiday Buffet. H&V food is not good, the meal is really expensive for what you get and it is SO chaotic in there. Particularly with an all-adult party. I would stick with BOG, O'hana, Boma and/or Sanaa (they are both great and since you are AKL, you might consider doing both).
