Help - photo pass question...

I'm hoping you guys can all help me out - we are taking our kiddos to Disney for the first time as a family in a few weeks and are staying at the Wilderness lodge - I just received the code for the pre-pay photo cd pass, and I went to their site, registered my card and put the promo cd in the shopping basket.

Now I'm confused, if I "checkout" and pay for it now, how do I order the cd after the pics are taken and our trip is complete? I'm sure it's an easy step, but I'm missing something - the logical thinking part of me doesn;t understand the processs. Please Help!!!!:surfweb:

If my memory serves me correctly, you get a code and when you load the photo passes into the system you "purchase" it with the promo code that you pre purchased. Hope this helps and ANYONE please correct me if I am wrong. But, I think that is how we did it.
 
You will get 2 emails from Photopass. One will be your receipt and one will say DO NOT DELETE. This email will contain a code specifically designed for your order. When you get back and are done editing and ready to order, you enter this code in. Remember you will also have to pay for shipping. Enjoy your trip.
 

I just did this the other day. There was no code for me. I had a 'credit' in my account. It said something like 1 cd credit. When I put the CD in the cart to actually get it sent, it automatically deducted the amount. I still had to pay $2.00 in shipping, fwiw. :)
 
My question is, when do you get the email with the prepay discount code? We leave in less than 6 wks, and I am getting anxious to get the code already.
 
I also just purchased our photopass CD and there was no code, the credit was on the account so when I checked out the amount due was just the shipping amount.

I got my prepaid discount right after my 45 mark. I've read others here saying they get them just before leaving or even sometimes during their trip. Don't see how that's "prepaid" but that's Disney!
 
I apologize if things have been changed. I always got an email immediately with the code to use, sometimes up to 5 months in advance. Our last trip was in Sept last year. Maybe you should send off a quick email to them. They do respond in a timely manner.

The Disney's PhotoPass support team may be reached either via the Contact Us link found at the bottom of the www.disneyphotopass.com, by email at wdw.photo.imaging@disneyworld.com or by phone at 407-560-4300 (from 9 am - 1 pm EST, voicemail other times). Disney's PhotoPass can also now be found on both Facebook and Twitter (for information only, not for support).
 
From what I understand too, is if you are not staying on site you won't get a code for the photopass.
 
I actually got the code on 12/30. I must have missed it when I was checking my email. Thanks for the help everyone.
