Help! PAP has wrong expiration date!

I bought UT tickets last year. We used them once then upgraded to PAP. We used the tickets on July 14th and then upgraded.

Today I got an email saying they expire may 29th. I called AP services and the CM told me I had to call another number. I called that number and was on hold forever again (and had to listen to Its a Small World

That's good to know. Thanks! I didn't want to order another set. It's weird that now I have 2 on my account just for me and they're not even the same kind of pass.

My MDE now has 2 APs listed under my name (only 1 as a PAP) and they both expire on 5/29.

I don't know what to do.

Hours: 8:30-16:30 Mon-Sat

Call the number above and ask.

If that doesn't work, call the number where they last helped you again
and ask that they try again.

Continue to do so until they fix the issue.

That's all that can be done.

This happened to me a few years ago and i couldn't fix it until i showed up in WDW. I had to go to guest relations at a theme park in order to get the expiration date corrected. BTW this was before MB's and my PAP was a paper ticket....AHHH the good ole days
