Leaving for disney in 2 days and traveling with our 7 month old... Starting to pack and trying to think if there is anything we could be forgetting?? Anything you may have forgotten or wish you would have thought to bring??

Those stick on place mats for tables when you stop for a bite to eat around the parks and depending on the weather a small fan for the stroller.

Think though your normal day and what you need to care for your child. Everything to feed your child and a way to wash bottles etc if you use them, a way to bath your child and what you need for that, what you would need if he got sick, what you would need to change him in different locations and what you need to dress him.
Account for extra clothes or a way to wash some, a few extra diapers and wipes, and extra food is he eats solids yet.
Add a few toys too.

I always went the easiest route possible. Pre-filled bottles or the pouches of food and disposable changing pads.

My best piece of advice is to give your child no new foods on the trip. We discovered DS egg allergy about that age after a horrific reaction to a first bite of egg. NOT FUN on vacation.

Such an easy and fun age.....enjoy!

My biggest tip would be to if your flying pack ALL your little ones night time stuff in a carry on, down to soap/lotion, night lights, everything you could possibly need for bed time that way if the air line loses your luggage you at least will have his stuff for bed time and that will at least make your life a little easier.
As for extra stuff, my family apparently goes through socks like crazy, we went for a week and brought 10 pairs of socks and used all 10 pairs (for DS) and could have used more. I would bring saline/nose sucker, vicks, Tylenol and Motrin (in case of fever), thermometer ect. It may seem like overkill but I can't think of anything worse then a miserable baby at 3 in the morning. Hopefully it wont get used but if it does you'll be glad to have them. Oh, and count on at least 10 more diapers then you think you need.

I agree with thinking about what you normally use and go with that for the most part. Don't forget an infant medications too just in case. Make sure your stroller reclines in case baby decides that's needed to nap. Also, a carrier can come in handy. Ours were in a sling at that age. At an 8 month old's trip, she only used the stroller for naps. (Though the other two baby trips had naps in the sling). We would then open up the sling and put it over the stroller to block out light. We also used the sling as a seatbelt for regular chairs when there wasn't a baby chair available. It worked great!

For food, we just offered foods we were eating that were appropriate when we had a baby that was tasting solids. I nursed so that was easy. And we co-slept. So, just clothes and diapers/wipes. Do pack extra wipes!

Disposable changing pads to use on the changing tables in the park restrooms, thermometer, bottle brush, dish soap. Have a great trip!

If your little one is crawling, I would bring along outlet covers. Pack outfits in ziploc bags. Great space saver but also really convenient if your child needs a change of clothes at the park, restaurant, etc. Saves time going through your bag while trying to change your child quickly.

I just noticed that you are already there! Hope you are having a great time!

Disposable changing pad covers and table mats. Lots of food. I also always bring a thermometer, Tylenol, and allergy medicine. I have never had to use those things but just in case.

Our noise machine and blanket from home to make bed time as similar as possible. Pacifier clip. Baby carrier (Ergo). Applesauce pouches as snacks.
