We are going in mid April for 8 days to the Parks. Staying at CSR. We been to Disney about 10 times now. So my husband says it is time to do something different in Disney. He say think out of the box. :dance3: I need help here as he says this but he will also be difficult as that is his way. It will have to be a good size listing for him to consider a few.

For example I mentioned the swimming with the fish in Epcot. A firm no to that one. A garden tour in Epcot during the flower and garden show. No for that also. So please everyone suggestions please as we will need to reserve our decision asap. Thank you in advance for your help and I know exciting suggestions. :goodvibes

What are some of the "been there, done that" things you have already accomplished? That will help with suggestions.

Just the usual park fare. We never did any special tours, cruises, etc. So the list is definitely wide open. He never was interested in any of the options before so this came as a surprise. :scared1:

My choice would be one of the fireworks cruises.

Richard Petty Driving Experience
Characters in Flight balloon ride

We really enjoyed the Keys to the Kingdom tour.
The Chef's Table dinner at one of the Signatures would be nice as an anniversary dinner.
Dinner and fireworks viewing at California Grill or Narccoossee's.
Segway Tour @ Fort Wilderness
Carriage ride at POR/POFQ

speed boat
fishing
water skiing
surf lesson at TL
horse and carrage ride
paragliding
afternoon tea at GF
keys to the world tour

cal:)

But don't you have to rent the entire boat even if there are only 2 of you? He definitely will not go for that as that is a lot of money no matter how charming and amazing it is.

Some guests set up sharing a fireworks cruise. You can always post a date and a share request to see if anyone responds. I'm not sure which board to post that on.

Another simple suggestion: sushi at a bowling alley. Yes, my 2 DDs requested that for our trip a year ago. Splitsville and sushi was fun!

If you're looking for adventure, DBF and I did the Wild Africa Trek last September and it was the highlight of our last trip. It was so awesome and educational. The "snack" was delicious and we got some really awesome pictures out of it :)

We have done the Backstage Safari (Animal Kingdom) and Behind the Seeds Tour - twice (Epcot). We really enjoyed them both. Would like to do the Steam Trains Tour (MK), but haven't been able to coordinate that one yet.

Richard Petty Driving Experience is awesome. You could take the class together to learn how to drive a racecar. Or with no class, and a lot less money, do the ride-along.

Keys to the Kingdom tour is good if both are interested in Disney details and trivia.

Not sure how you would go about this, but what about having an anniversary portrait of you both made by an artist?

Dinner at Victoria and Albert's. My husband would really appreciate a splurge like that.

Dinner at California Grill during Wishes.

Drinking or snacking around the World at Epcot,
