Help out a newbie!!!

I am staying at the Boarwalk Villas from march 2nd to March 12th 2006. My question is this, we are renting a car and our flight will land early afternoon, I would like to go to the resort and check in knowing my room probably won't be ready but can I still drop off my luggage at the resort prior to the 4pm? My plan was to drop off the luggage then head to a grocery store and pick up some stuff then head back to the resort after 4pm in the hopes our stuff would be in the room. Is this feasible?

Yes, you can do this. It's very feasible . . . and who knows, your room just might be ready!

Check-in is 3 p.m. and usually rooms are ready by that time, although there are occasional exceptions. If your room is not ready, you can ask Bell Services to take your luggage. They can give you a receipt. Once you are in your room, just call them, give them the receipt number and they will deliver your luggage to your room.

Well, don't automatically assume that you will not be able to check in when you arrive. It never hurts to check. Once we were able to check in at 9:30 A.M. at OKW! But, if your room is not ready when you arrive, you absolutely can store your luggage with bell services and head out to do your errands.

Check in at the Villas IS 4pm although sometimes the rooms are ready early.

Just wanted to add that with the exception of Magical Express service, the bags won't be sent to your room when it is ready. You'll need to call for them once you are in your room.

Just FYI, all the Villa resorts have full refridgerator & freezers at the bell stand. If you want to limit your trips and do the grocery store on the way they can store your perishables for you. This way you can start enjoying your vacation sooner!

I would also recommend skipping going out and buying groceries. We used wegoshop.com, and had an excellent experience. I ordered exactly what I wanted, I called them when I got into my room, and they were there within a half hour! They bought it and delivered it - the price was VERY reasonable!
