Help NY or Newport Bay Club

Since they are the same price, which would you chose?

I like the theme better at NBC but reading some of the pros and cons the things that matter seem to lean NY.

NY Pros:
A little closer to Disney Village, hot items for now on the breakfast. I will be booking any day now for Easter 2017.

Less crowed especially for breakfast.

Anything else to swing me one way or another?

Newport Bay has recently had a refurb so all the rooms will be fresh and new whereas NY is next on the list to be done so some of the rooms may look a little worn.

Newport is a much bigger hotel and there can sometimes be quite a walk from the entrance to your room alone very long corridors.

My choice would be NY if they are the same price - the fact its closer to the park and (the current) breakfast choices makes it worth it for me.
