Help! Not carrying bags for the first time. What do minimalists do with their phone and no pockets?

I like “pocket belts”- there are some fun looking belts out there with pouches or pockets added, usually for people attending music festivals or renaissance faires.

When I was at AK last week, I noticed almost every store was selling fanny packs. If you go bagless and need a bag, there are plenty of Loungefly and fanny packs.

I buy Macy’s Style and Co Cargo Capris - lots of great colors and the pockets fit everything I carry - which is just my phone and a couple Bonine (for motion sickness)…

I wish I could go without a bag, but I hate having my pockets bulging, and I also don't trust my phone or wallet to stay in a pocket it just barely fits into. (For the "just buy men's pants" crowd, I would if they fit me properly lol. I have tried.) I have to bring a small bag for phone, wallet, sunscreen, meds, sunglasses.

For those complaining about women's clothes... here's an idea... just buy men's shorts. Who cares how they look? Go to Old Navy or Walmart and buy a pair of men's cargo shorts. If you can overcome the fear of not dressing to the standards of femininity, you'll have a much more pleasant experience in disney world.
It’s not the fear. I want to dress the way I normally dress. I’m taking pictures for my daughters make a wish. I want to look good because it makes me feel good and don’t want people shaming any female that wants to look feminine. I’m definitely not buying long cargo shorts that will fall off of me. I’m a size 2 in women’s so can’t imagine what size would fit me

You might like a small fanny pack or a belt bag, super minimal and keeps your phone handy without adding bulk.
That’s what I’m going to do. Forgetful me forgot I can convert my cross body bag into a fanny pack which will eliminate the extra strap on my bag in the hot August heat. It will be perfect! I appreciate everyone’s suggestions

Do the parks ever have "no bags" lines for rope drop or early entry? I used to just stuff my pockets & carry my water bottle in for being "bagless". In my pocket was a collapsible bag I'd then pull out post security and empty my pockets into. If the no bag lines are gone, period, I'll pivot to a fanny pack that can also hold my water bottle.

I'm not sure 'no bag' lines are applicable any longer as everyone just walks through scanners now with the majority of their items still in their bag/backpack, etc.

I got a wrist strap for my phone and a stick on card case for my ID and credit card. Chap stick in my pocket, and I'm ready to go.

As @scrappinginontario says above, you’ll be able to use your fanny pack. If your water bottle is metal, though, you’ll probably want to carry it in your hand, out in front of you, to avoid being pulled for inspection. Items like umbrellas, sunglass cases, metal mints cases, etc., also should be carried out front.

My last few trips they were saying to hold items such as umbrellas over your head.

I have in fact TRIED this and guess what? men and women's bodies are not built the same.
I could not deal the extra room in the crotch. The crotch started a couple inches down my thighs which led to chafing.
And the material was so heavy that even with a belt they were falling down and then adding my phone and wallet made them even worse.
Companies need to make proper pockets in WOMEN'S clothes vs women trying to conform to a man's body.
