Booked resies for CSR on Friday still no conformation e-mail. HELP? Is this normal?
Right now with the way the new site/system is behaving, almost nothing is behaving normally!
Should have added that I got my res for our booked airfare.

Did you check your junk mail? That's the only thing I can think of, sorry.
I don't get my confirmation email half the time either. You could:
1) check the old Disney website (if you can access it) and pull up and print your ressies from there
2) call Disney and let them know, they will resend the email and then typically also mail you a copy.
Their website (new and old) is truly the bane of my existence.
I added tickets to my room only reservation on Saturday morning and didn't get an email. So I called them this morning to have them send a confirmation. It was driving me crazy not to have it.
never got any paperwork or emails at all for our Jan 2 check in at AKL, booked in Nov. I definitely have a reservation, it even shows on the new site. I did get a bill for our paid in full deposit though, zero balance showing, total waste of paper, lol. Some times they lust can't get it together!
