Help needed with Magnolia Terrace

Hi!!!! I was looking at the map for POR and Magnolia Terrace looks like a good location. I would like a room that faces the courtyard rather than the parking lot (duh) and was wondering if this was a water view or just standard view. Is the first floor best ? Any opinions???

Standard view would be courtyard or parking lot, waterview would be river or pool. In the AB section we always "reserve" a standard view and "request" a courtyard view (there is no guarantee you'll get one, but we always have). ~~

One warning about the Magnolia Terrace building - we had a first floor room on the courtyard, which I thought would be nice. It wasn't. There were loud, obnoxious condenser units in the shrubbery right outside our door! Every morning when we left to go to the parks, I felt like I was stepping out onto a busy, noisy city street. Definitely not in the theming of a quiet Southern mansion!

NO! the first floor is not the best. We stayed on the bottom floor and could hear toilets flushing all the time and people walking over head. Definately opt for the top floor.
