Help needed - rent this year to keep Bcv points next year?

hello -

We have 200 point BCV contract; was going to skip DW and go to DL this year but with SWGE opening 5/31 we’ve killed that trip (too much crazy). Now thinking of going to DW. My question.

We have March UY and only 25 points for 2019; 200 points for 2020. Think I should use these this year, knowing next year we will be short (but want to stay at bcv, 1 bedroom for a week). Or don’t use these points (and use next year) and just go with a cash/rent points room this year. I’m thinking the latter, but also don’t like the idea of spending cash this year.

Or just buy another contract? Ha.

your bigger problem would be availability this year.

Else, I would go with:
book 2019 using 215 point for May: 25 2019 points plus 190 2020 points.
book 2020, assuming same # points: use remaining 2020 points (10) plus borrow 200 2021 points, then buy 5 OTU points


then you don't have to think about it again for a while
