My family and I are trying to decide between a 2 bedroom villa at BWV or a one bedroom villa at the *NEW* BCV. There are 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 children. The cost would be almost the same, the 2 bedroom is just a little bit more, and they both have availability for our dates. Which would you choose and why??

Thank you so much for helping....
Kristin :D

We spent 10 days at Christmas and it was great - the Boardwalk 2 Bedroom Villa will give you much needed privacy and lots of room. The two bedrooms are seperated by a large living area which also has a sleeper sofa just in case and the kitchen. We have three kids too ages 7,8 and 11. Plus you have all the activities of the Boardwalk and you are 5 minutes from Epcot and 20 from MGM (walking). It is expensive but well worth it!! Have fun.:) :)

I love the BWV, it is so much a home! And the location, the best resturants and the pool slide is great!

My vote is for the BCV. I think they will be the best because they are brand new. :) :)

As much as I love the Beach Club (and hope to become a BCV member some time in the not too distant future), I would still have to go with a 2 bedroom over a 1 bedroom. Either one will be fantastic though - have a great trip!

You should be made aware that the occupancy limits of a one bedroom at any DVC resort is 4 + 1 child under the age of 3 in the provided pack - n- play. If you fall into that category I'd still go with the two bedroom. MUCH more space and two bathrooms, very helpful for getting ready in the morning.

I'd recommend the 2 bedroom also. IMHO, you will be crowded:) in a 1 bedroom unit and as jel0511 said, it will be nice to have two bathrooms. With the one bedroom, you'll get a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With the two bedroom you still get the King in the Master bedroom (and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room), but you also get a queen bed and a double sleeper sofa in the second bedroom. That way no one has to sleep in the living room/kitchen area. That is so nice, both in the morning and evening - and that's why I said you'd be crowded in the 1 bedroom. (If your children can't or don't want to share a bed, they can all have their own in the 2 bedroom).

Whatever you decide, have a wonderful trip!
